Appointments are programmed on the basis of the treatment plan with respect to patient’s comfort and daily time schedule. For this reason, we have reserved different working hours during the weekdays so that we can properly serve the majority of your preferences.
In order to provide the requested appointments and simultaneously facilitate our smooth functioning, all our patients should be aware off the following:
- Your scheduled appointments will be given to you by a written note for avoiding misunderstandings.
- Prior to each appointment you will receive day-before confirmation call by either SMS or email or telephone call in which you will be given additional recommendations regarding the specific appointment, if needed.
- Please keep away from serious delays because they shorten treatment time or lead to definitive cancelations that prolong treatment plan and may increase expenses.
- Single cancellations due to extremely urgent facts are fully understandable, however; if you are not able to meet your appointment, we request two business days notification. This allows us the time we initially reserved especially for you in our schedule to be filled by another patient who may have been waiting for this appointment time.
- Non-show or cancelations, without prior notification, are actively disliked.
